One of the most important things in life is balance. This applies both to nature, to single people and to society as a whole. On the Constitution Square, the balance has been shaken, and it has lost the function of the city square. Since the fall of communism has passed more than twenty years and I think it is time eye on to this space again and find a balance between the two functions of this place - the urban square in the residential area and one of Warsaw's most important communication arteries.
