The 92 m² apartment evolved slowly, maturing over nearly three years. The process began during the construction phase, when numerous developer adjustments were introduced to tailor the layout and details to the future lifestyle of the owners. The following years were dedicated to calm and thoughtful sourcing of furnishings – instead of quick purchases, second-hand pieces with character and history were carefully selected. As a result, the interior developed gradually, gaining authenticity, with every element found at the right time and in the right place.
